Dark Carnival

The Night before Halloween I was invited to Samantha Diaz's Birthday Party a.k.a "The Dark Carnival Show". She's the founder of Dance Soul Co. and I've had the pleasure of shooting her in the past month (Photos Soon to come). The Party consisted of many great performances by a handful of her dancers and different artists. As always its hard for me to choose favorites, so here's a few shots with a link to my facebook album.

Lower Manhattan Shoot!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of Shooting around lower Manhattan with the lovely Angela Elizabeth Marie. She wore several different outfits  for each place we shot. Then at the end of the day I filmed her dance routine with an LED hula hoop. I'll be posting that video in the near future. Anyway here are some shots from the shoot.

So here are just some shots from this year's NYCC. This year I was lucky enough to actually make it in some big panels, one being the "Bird Man" panel with Ed Norton and Micheal Keaton. As always, there were some great costumes that I couldn't resist photographing and  I put some Photoshop work in some photos. So Enjoy!

Photoshop Fun!

Hey guys, here's a couple of shots from my last Fashion shoot. I saw some great work from Sequoia Emmanuelle Photography and it inspired me to do something similar to these jewlery shots. In Emmanuelle's work there are some pieces where the model's skin is a dark color with deep shadows that really make the jewlery pieces pop and so I tried doing the same through photoshop.

Fashion Shoot

Hey guys, here are some shots from a photo shoot I had with my friend, Chachi Gems. I also had the pleasure to work with Make Up artist, Chelsea Sosa, who did an awsome job. This shoot was really interesting, working with several different models, in different alfets and playing with the lighting. It was really hard to only pick my favorites.

Custom Kidrobot Toys!

Hey everyone! Here are some custom toys made by my girlfriend, a.k.a Time Weavers Creations. She has been taking Kidrobot toys and creating her own creatures and characters. I even used one as a key prop in my theis film "Collection Day" (Red Mask). Along with other Time Weaver Creation products I have been photographing them to be posted on TWC's Etsy store and/or any social network. Dance Video!

Here are a couple of shots I took after filming dancer, Kasey Perlinger's routine. We shot one routine on her rooftop, in Harlem. The graffiti background was a nice touch. It was a really fun shoot and I could not resist capturing some stills at the end. I finally came around to doing some photoshop work.

Taino Body Paint

Hey everyone, I collaborated with a good friend of mine, Body Painter Julissa Rodriguez, to make a piece on Taino Native Americans. Hopefully this is the first of many. We plan on exploring other Native American Tribes affected by imperialism, with the same concept.

Surprise Birthday Photo Shoot

I was hired to follow this lovely couple in Central Park to capture their romantic afternoon. At first I wasn't sure where to photograph them but then it snowed the day before and I immediatly thought, Central Park. It was the first time I was a surprise gift for the birthday girl ha ha, but it was a fun time and I got some great shots.
